Gus Holland is the host of “Whey of Life”, a weekly podcast where he talks with guests about success in and outside of the gym. He is a certified personal trainer with over 15 years in the fitness community. Gus is a firm believer in the power of positive thinking and is always looking for ways to help his listeners reach their goals. Through his podcast, Gus invites guests from all walks of life to educate and entertain aspiring competitors.
Gus is currently focusing all training on his bucket list goal of lifting the Dinnie Stones in Scotland this year. Besides that, he looks forward to competing in more strongman events in the near future.
He currently resides in College Station, Texas.
